- 48-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules
- Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full-service amount
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all services
- Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days
